Ditto on this...They have the double din dash on ebay for $70-100, depending on style.

I hear we do/don't need a wiring harness on install...which is it?

Also, we need a ant. adapter for ALL aftermarket stereos???

This is a 2yr old post just so you know.....

Canbus is technically needed for any 2005+ Ram.

If you have NO Infinity stereo and are handy with wiring, then you can get away with a few splicings to save the $70, but if you DO have the Infinity stereo, I'd highly suggest getting a Canbus adapter, especially if your a beginner.
