Lol pulled up to an intersection today next to a mildly lifted chevy 2500. not a dmax lol. and i couldn't help but notice that my truck was at least an inch to two inches taller than that chevy and i'm sitting at stock ride height with the 20's. Just a rather funny observation. God I love this truck.

Its because tchevys are built off a car style frame, i (myself not my truck) stand taller than the 1500 4x4 tchevys. Their ride is smoother, their interior is horrible, felt like I was in an s10. But you'll notice 4x4 dodge 1500 sits taller than most f250s I pull up next to.

 

one more reason why the dodge is great. how are th 09's gonna sit. they look lower and more luxurious, less of a truck IMO

 

Every truck made today, including Dodge, is "more luxurious" than the average 1965 era pickup. Ask a farm boy how much your 20's and chrome bumpers make your truck more useful. I've worked places that didn't believe in AC or radios in their trucks!

But the Dodges are really high. My wife loves it! As for me, now I have to figure out how to duck my head and lift my butt at the same time to get in! I'm getting closer, but I'm still learning the technique!

 

I love the fact that I can pull up next to guys in ford and chevy1/2 tonswith 4-6 inches of lift and they maybe only sit .5-1" taller than me if not just level and all I have is a little spacer. I do love my truck.
