Thats a sweet setup man. i chose the Aplines because they have a 1500 watt rms. And they were veryyyyy highly rated on sonicelectronix.com does the dynamat make a big difference?

Alpine type r's have a rms of 500 but they are way under rated as ive seen them take 1000rms. The type r's need a big ported box so under the back seat isn't an option for that sub. Dynamat makes alot of difference. I dont have any but I cuts the rattling down inside and ouside plus with the windows rolled up not too much sound escapes from the truck. Oh and I would buy a better amp than sub becuase a good amp is up there with a good box. so spend the money on the amp mostly.

Thanks DirtbagCFH....the mat made a huge difference...and the FatMat on ebay is 100sqft for like $100...I laid it over everywhere in the truck, then put some Dynamat Xtreme in the doors (which are especially bad)

Amp-wise, I like this class D Directed, it is clean, efficient, and does not produce much heat even at full power which is crucial being behind the seats...

It is DEI, the same company that makes the Viper alarms...the amps are integratable with the alarm system...kinda cool
