finally got a new hemi!!
finally got the hemi 4x4 ram i've always wanted a few weeks ago. It's an 07 big horn edition (black) with the 20" wheels. Financed about 17000 for the truck, but the only downside is it has 37000 miles on it, quite a bit for just one year old. Do u guys think i got a good deal, i would rather have one with fewer miles on it but trucks ain't cheap these days
i'll work on getting some on this weekend. I know the hemi's are great engines, but how are they for reliability. Will they last the normal 200,000 or so mile range u could get out of most cars as long as u do correct maintenance
my truck only has 27,000miles on it, so you got alot more then me,so hows yours running
but I dont see why you shouldnt beable to get over 200k outta these things.

it runs perfect, it idles so smooth u can't hardly even tell the engine is running, (except for the tone of the exhaust, and a little rumble from the engine of course). Performance wise, it also runs like a champ. I was a little worried buyin an 07 with that many miles, but it's gotta be solid freeway miles to put that many on a car in just one year. Plus as long as i take care of it and do regular maintenance and oil changes, hopefully she'll run for a very long time
My 03 has 110,000 mi on it. My 94 got up to 350,000 mi when i sold it. If you TAKE CARE OF IT and service it when it needs to bee it will last for a long time.
Oh yeah, Congrats on the new truck! 4x4 Is what makes a truck!
PICS PICS PICS lol

i really love my new truck, my last one was a 96 indy ram pace truck i traded in to get this one. It's kind of nice havin a truck i actually use as a truck now, bc my last truck i had a fiberglass tonneau and carpeted bed liner. Although this is my first 4X4 i have ever owned, so bring on the snow ha ha
Revo33,
Frist, maintenace is more important than the mileage. Second, how it was driven is more important than the mileage. Finally, a vehicle driven 50 miles a day will last longer than one driven 5 miles a day. Congrats on the truck. If you went over the truck and the price reflected the current market in addition to the mileage, I'm sure you did fine.
Now the preventive maintenace. If you do not have reliable service records, change all the fluids and remember, scheduled plug change is 30,000. I did mine at 41K and they were not too bad, just a wide gap.
Yea,I look foward to the snow too!!
