Ram 1500 Tires help

I Just finished lifted my 04 ram 1500 9" (3"body 6" fabtech) I have a set of 22"x9.5" wheels on the truck right now i was wondering if a pair of 37" 13.5 22's Will be too wide for the 9.5 inch rim? Havnt checked backsaceing but that might also be a problem..

the tire will fit the rim, backspacing im not sure
