I would have ZERO issue if they gave $6500 on a trade, then sold it for 8-9K. But the fact is they will put it on the lot for 13-15 and sell it for 11-13. That I have a HUGE issue with. I am not picking on the dealer I am posting here, they are my dealer and treat me well for the most part. But take a look at what they are asking. There is very little difference at any dealereship through out town. Skip to page 3 I think, maybe 4.

I will also be selling my Hemi out right when the time comes and it will be a fair price for me and the buyer, that is unless something strange happens at the dealership.

 

I heard that. A good friend of mine has a 2006 Ford F350 FX4 Diesel it's NADA value is $36,000 to sell and $32,000 to trade. H eactually went down to the Honda dealership in Houston to trade it in on an Accord and the dealership literally would not trade for it. Amazing! He said he would sell it for $26,000 just to break even on it and even "truck" dealships only offered him $22,000 for it!

Tonneu is a truxedo low profile i guarantee great condition and it will not block bed rails, I dont really have pics but it would be a pain to ship this and expensive for you guys. Carmax is the worst they offer me 6500.00on a 05' Quadcab with matching camper shell with 31K...I got 8K from the dealer..

don't sell to dealers, they are taking every bit of advantage they can get off of people selling bigger vehicles right now. that dealer is going to sell you truck for about 15-18k, count on it. damn blooksuckers.
someone could have given you 13 and both of you would have been better off.

 

i just traded in my '02 v6 2x4 tundra with 111k miles for 6800$ the antenna was broke the clear coat was pealing and the heat was always on hot.

 

Man, thats crazy. April of last year, I managed to get $6500 on trade in for my 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 with 97,000 miles.



On the flip side, I don't think I got as good a deal as I could have for my new truck.
