Default 04 1500 S.O.S

I have a serious problem and need advice.
I recently hit a curb with my 20's and had to replace it with the spare for a while.I don't know if this is relevent to the following.
I started the truck after a weekend away and the check engine/abs/brake lights were on.Not to mention the speedo stopped working.
at the same time if that wasn't weird enough!
when I hit the brakes the parking lights come on.
as well as the fan in the cabin works but the controls for the temp and the a/c don't.
if anyone knows where to start please help
I've scheduled a diagnostic, butI don't know if it's going to fix all these problems which have all arose in the last two weeks
any help would be appreciated

Sounds like you have a short somewhere that's causing havoc with all of your electronics. When you hit the curb how hard was it? Did you do any other damage? It does seem odd that it happened all at the same time, and it could be totally unrelated.

It happened at the end of the winter I changed back to summer tires and we got a huge snow dump.
I lost control and hit the curb hard enough to scrap my 20.but since then I've changed upper control armsand lower ball joints
and had an alignment.I've also changed the speed outlet sensor.

I've also changed the speed outlet sensor.
I think this might be a good starting point. I can't imagine the ball joints or alignment causing those kind of problems unless the technician did something he shouldn't have.

i thought all ventilation systems works on a vacuum...

as far as all your other problems, i had a similar problem (although i didnt hit anything) with my abs light and my parking break light going on... what it was, was actually just a leak by the ball joint... just screwing everything up...
