Default odd vibrations

I have a 04 Dodge Ram 1500 qc 5.7 Hemi and I'm getting a vibration[/b] underneath the truck when I reach 35 mph. The vibration[/b] seems to lessen at higher speeds 75 mph but its still there. I noticed that it gets worse when going up inclines. If i take my foot off the gas[/b]. the vibration[/b] goes away and comes back as soon as i step[/b] on[/b] the gas[/b]. I had a wheel alignment done, thinking this was the problem. But the vibration[/b] is still there. Anyone have any ideas what could be the problem?

I would like to know what it is before I take it in.

Check your driveshaft. U joints could be worn out or the slip yoke as well.
