Sounds about right maybe even a hair on the bargain side. When I changed my diff fluid (2WD) with a deeper cover, it used four quarts of Mobil 1. Including the friction modifier, it came to $62.

Along the same line, I think i may need a new Differential, can anyone advise of a good shop in the Maryland area? I was hoping that i wouldn't have to get a new one especially with the economy the way it is right now, but just in case i have to, knowing a good shop that is reasonable will be helpful.

This is my opinion, so feel free to disagree:

I think servicing diffs every 15K miles is a titanic waste of time and money. Unless you submerge them and introduce water into the gears, gear oil pretty much never wears out. I've drained rears at 100K and the lube looked as good as it did when first put in.

However, when you are dealing with a lifetime warranty, they gotcha by the short hairs.
