if it is a snap type one...dont' do it. they are the devil. take forever to snap up, and sometimes you skip one, so u need to go all the way back. the cross supports are seperate, and you need to leave them in truck if you plan on takign somethign somewhere, then clsoing tonneau back up. i had one on my old dakota, and HATED it. when it was cold, it wasn't even possible to snap

i got my truxport off ebay. the back rail fold's up with the tonneau, along with the crossbraces. and the sides simply velcro down. all the support is in the back rail, which is adjustable. i've had mine for two years, and i love it. takes 20 seconds to roll it up, and 20 seconds to pop it back in. the velcro sides are still super strong too, so there's no issue with the velcro getting worn out...after two years anyways.

i have the Extang Platinum on my truck (snap type) and i think they look better than others. I never had a problem snapping it in cold weather?!?!? Ive had it since November and had it on and off when it was snowing. Takes all of 5 mins to put back together when appart.

Remember you get what you pay for....$99 sounds too cheep. I got mine for $230

I have the Access Lorado cover and its awesome. From what I searched its one of the nicest roll-up covers you can get. Lifetime warranty, all the bars are inside the covers so it rolls up very easy and you dont have to mess with the bars at all. It velcrows on the sides which helps keep out water and stuff. I love it. There was one in the classifieds on here that someone was trying to sell. I would check it out if you want a really nice one.
