So me and my mom were driving in her new truck last night (she had been drving around in mine the last couple of weeks), and the first thing she said was, it needs a lift kit and some bigger tires. I said, nah there big enough, she said no we need to lift it 3 or 4 inches, and put some mudd tires on it. Funny
Anyway it has right now 275/65/18 (yes 18's), which =32.10.50, I want to run 33x10.50, does anyone know if i need to lift it or not.

if she wants a lift, id either do a 3" body lift with 35's or a 3" leveling kit with a 1 or 2" block in the rear. 32 to a 33 is not gonna look any different. and she said she wants it higher right and bigger tires...you can level it and add some height to the rear...or just keep the raked look and get a 3" body lift. and you'll notice the 35's. with a 35" tire your gonna need to regear
if she's hauling a 5000 lb. trailor pretty regularly then i would regear it anyway. especially if you plan on bigger tires. plus, i agree with mmstar, putting 33's on a vehicle with 32's stock is going to be no difference. that's only a half inch of lift.

well i hope it has 3.55's, now that you say it could have got 3.23's. I have the build sheet, and the person that bought it left the gear ratio with what comes standard. What do u think, cruising at 55 its at about 1600-1700.
