help with step bars

Default help with step bars

so i got the passenger side off with a torque wrench and now i cant get the drivers side off at all it wont bunch even with an impact hammer, any ideas or tricks that i can do, i soaked the hellf out of them with wd 40 and let them sit and tried it again nothing happened

Is it rusted or bent?
how many ft/lbs was the impact?
don't rember if you were replaci g or gettin g rid of but if you don't want a new set just drill through the screw.

Sometimes just a bit of heat will break the bond. Or a grinder to grind the bolts off is another option.

i got it off, and i was gunna just cut the head off but since its one of those body mounts i kinda thought otherwise thanks for the help tho, just took a ton of force and alotta tugging

glad to hear you got it off. and as for the wd-40....when trying to break loose a bolt...wd-40 sucks compared to liquid wrench. love wd-40 for other things butting getting a bolt loose requires liquid wrench!
