I just purchased a used 2003 Ram 1500.

The fuse was missing to the wipers.

I bought a fuse and the wipers work but they stop at a mid-windshield position and when set to delay, the delay stop position is the same mid-windshield.

What controls the stop position and is there an adjustment for this problem?

Motor/Wipers/Washer Pump/ and Delay all seem to be working properly but the stop position is off target.

maybe the mid-windshiled position is being considered all the way down. at full reach, are they really really reachign too far?
