went to a local dealership the other day to look at some new 1500s. the one i'm interested in is a 4x4 big horn with a hemi, QC for a sticker of about $37,000. salesman said my payments would be $50 more a month, is it worth it? i'm liking the lifetime warranty on it. imput please.
I traded in my '05 for an '08. Might be something to look at. They are really trying to get rid of any and all trucks and SUV's right now with the high gas prices. Might be able to get them even lower on the payments. You'll just be extending your payments, though.
With the price of gas on the rise, I have seen people geting into 2008 QC rams for approx $24,000! The price offered to you is way too high! Make them come down or go somewhere else that is willing to bargin!

Exactly my thoughts when i first read your post. When people are trading in their '05 and newer trucks for around 15k this guy is trying to squeeze your wallet. Tell him he's crazy and walk out the door.
dealer invoice...as in what they pay. they want to makes sales, not money. they don't make **** off the new car lot...they jsut do it for the incentives provided by the corporation
but i don't care what anyone tells you, a dealer will never sell a car for less than what they paid for it. (i mean...of course the incentives are a different thing...such as 4500 cashback and what not)
