I finally made my decision after hearing that if i take the cats off i will lose too much low end or what not...so...I took it in for the pacesetter LT's and y-pipe to be installed with my factory cats welded back in.....runs straight into my flowmaster super 44.....after all the shopping I found some stupid ******** out there....sum folks wanted "starting at 700.00" to do the work....ended up finding a guy who has a good reputation in town for 250.00....now i gotta wait for the call....
