well today i went mudding with a good amount of rain over the past few days....so i hit this patch of mud where 4x4 with 40" boggers get stuc (i didnt know this until some guys that were out there told me this) so i got pulled out by a 4x4 excursion with a 8" lift...... it was a little rough getting out of it, but we made it. my friend (jumping out of the truck is 6'4 and was up to his waste in mud! a chevy with a 6" lift on 37's got stcuk in the same spot about 10 minutes later! so i got through it pretty good for a 2wd! heres some pics!

Time to start thinking about a winch. You keep playing where the big boy's with 4x4s get stuck, you are gonna need one!!!

 

lol theres a green belt in my buddys neighborhood that I always make sure to hit when it rains.

 

or...i can just have my fun now, just go with a 4x4 and not alone, and when i get my 4x4, that'll have a winch....by far the heaviest stuff ive been through....pics dont do a good justice for it, but mud was up past the door. you couldnt open the passanger side doors..so my friend in the passanger seat crawled out my side and jumped across the mud. it was fun though. trucks a mess. gotta clean it next weekend when i do my cab roof lights

 

It look's like alot of fun! I just don't know how you can do that to such a nice looking truck.

Man that is ballsy in a 2WD, good for you! I guess if you got friends around with good rigs its not a problem. i don't think i'd do stuff like that with my 4x4 cuz i got noone to pull me out if i get her stuck.

ya i was the first one out there for that day and i was a pretty nervous because i got stuck and no one was around, but a few minutes later 2 guys were out there mudding too and they came over and tried to pull me out but failed....so my buddy came about 20 minutes later with his excursion and we just tied tow ropes around hid front tow hooks and around my frame in the rear....because i couldnt get pulled from the front because i just got worse and worse and you went forward. 1 rope snapped, but we got it out far enough to get a shorter rope on it and i got pulled the rest of the way. fun day though

 

Looks like a good time. But it also looks like you just parked it there to pose for those pics. Doesn't even appear to be any sling on the truck. Glad you had help getting her out!
