I wuld not go with any other part than a genuine Mopar OEM. I 've had bad experiences with aftermarket steering racks, they don't last as long, or they will leak. Howmany milesdoes it have?

I just replaced mine about 2-3 months ago with an aftermarket R&P. The dealer quoted me 1000 bucks and the part was 650. I had it done somwhere else with an aftermarket part for 540 out the door. I think I read on here that the OEM ones always leak and to go with an aftermarket one. My buddy has had his replaced twice under warranty and it is leaking again.

thanks for the input ray. my guysaid he can get the part for 250. thats what we pay, not the customer. then he said its like 2.5 hours labor. so it would come out to $477 without my discount.

ya..well my buddy was kinda wrong on the price, if i was a regular customer i was looking a little over $800. so he cut shop fees out and everything and that brought me down to $562. but my mom came in to pay and my manager was like thats your mom! i was like ya, and he was like i know her, so they started talking and he got my price down to $450 hahah.
