Cherrybomb extreme muffler is the king of loud mufflers. Hands down you wont find a louder muffler (that sound good).

What about a Flowmaster 10 series? I've heard its about the same volume as straight pipes only with a different tone.

I'm waiting for my Flowmaster 50HD to crap out so I can replace it with a Cherry Bomb Vortex myself. The Extreme and the original glass packs sound fantastic, but I'm getting mellow in my old age and they'd just be a bit much for me.
Unfortunately, it looks like I'll be waiting a while, after four years my 50HD is only showing a little bit of surface rust and will last a good bit longer. The finances just are not there at this time to replace a perfectly good working mod right now...

Is your 50HD loud inside the truck. I just installed one on mine and it sounds great from outside but at about 1500 RPM its loud as hell inside the cab.

No, I don't think it's loud at all inside the cab. Louder than stock to be sure, but unless I really hit the gas and get the rpm's way up, it's very tolerable. No need to crank the stereo or talk loud over it at all.
But I will say that I have a Bed Rug and the padding is quite thick under it. That may account for a discernable difference between my interior noise level and yours. Or we may simply differ on our opinions of what's loud and not...
