2003 Ram 1500 5.9 Oxy Sensor

I have a 2003 Ram 1500 4X4 5.9 V8 that is running really rich, decrease in gas mileage, and significant decrease in power. I am assuming it could be the O2 sensors since the truck was just fully tuned-up. How many sensors are on the truck?
