im in ft. lauderdale. as of right now its not like we could meet up anyways haha. truck looks good but its not moving from the driveway right now! hopefully i can get my problem fixed tomorrow!

U guys are lucky, here in California, u need a new one, you fork over the $ yourself or it is considered "comprehensive" on your ins. and you pay a deductable. No rise in rates for comprehensive claims unless you have a bunch in one year. Everything costs more in the "great" state of California!
Same here in Colorado! It would cost me my Ded. of $500 and then it would go against my rates for 3 years as a claim! BULL**** considering we get a ton of sand put on the roads for ice and snow!

thats bull****, i agree with my states opinion, it is unsafe to have a cracked winshield and those hundred of dollars you spend a month to cover it should be applied to it! I also think that tires should be covered, as they could be more dangerous than a cracked winshield...

(step off the soapbox) insurance is a scam, and if anything should be socialized it should be that...sell that idea to McCain
