I'm thinking that this may be a problem I am having. When I turn on the fan there is a vibration that gets louder the higher the fan setting. This problem started about a month ago. Last year I began having the problem that when I would turn on the fan for A/C or heat I dont get much air blowing into the cab through the dash. I have plenty of heat coming from the floor and even the small amount of air coming out of the vents is either cold when the A/C is on or warm when the heater is on. Its a problem of low air flow. Could this be the recirc door?

Default 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 QC Laramie - No heat on floor!!

I recently purchased a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 QC 4X4 Laramie with about 89K. I found a problem in the heater that I cannot explain. I get heat and A/C just fine from the Defrost vents and the Dash vents and I can switch between them just fine. I cannot get any air on the floor. This truck has the dual climate control and my air flow is great. I am not experiencing some of the issues that others have where the air flow was not the same on both sides or was limited. All I need to do is figure out why I cannot get air on the floor. I am not sure if my heater control module needs replaced or if there is a flap/door in the dash that needs repaired. Has anyone had this issue and if so how was it resolved. I am really not looking forward to paying $800-$1200 to have a dealer fix this (especially since I am only on my 2nd payment.)
