Default NEED TIRE SIZE HELP

Hey everyone. I recently bought a 2005 Ram 1500 HEMI. I need to replace the tires before winter, and want to know the biggest tires I can fit on the STOCK truck.

Right now it has the stock wheels and tires (275/60/20). I am going to switch to 17" wheels and a bigger sidewall tire with more aggressive tread (like BF all terrains).

Any help you could give me would be great. Thanks alot!

33x12.5x17, I had them from the time my truck was 3 weeks old until I lifted it and went to 35's almost two years later.
33's look great on a stock Ram, fills the tire wells up nice and still give just enough room for full turns and some off-road flexin'...

Yea, I have a few, but they are on my PC in Fl.
I've been in NY since the 2nd and won't be home until the 17th. I know that's a ways off, but I can post some up then. There might be one in my gallery, not sure, but you can check there...

I put LT285/65R20/E on my 2004 Ram 1500 Hemi and love them. I have never had them rub and the truck drives great and does not get stuck in wet grass.

bajaman, you can fit 35s with minimal rub at full steer with that t-bar crank on your truck.

I actually cranked the t-bars back down to stock. It was setup like then when I bought it a few weeks ago. Ball joint covers were split, turn stops were worn off on the knuckle and CV's make a cracking sound when i straightened out from a turn, and extreme vibration when on throttle in 4X4. After backing back down, no more problems. I think I'm going to wait to get a 4" lift and do it right and throw some 35's on it then.
