hi guys! awesome sight finally just got my first 063 ram 1500 i need to replace the fenders and lights so i figured maybe i could put the newer style on instead.
has any one done it? do they bolt up?

you will also need a new bumper and grill. possibly a couple other small things. it has been done, but not well.

why would you want to change it? i used to have an '05 and IMO the '02-'05 years are the best looking ones. yea i know, i have an '08, but if my '05 had a hemi i would have kept it, and if i wasn't paying the same for my new one as i was for my old ram. stay with the older style

 

Basically swap the entire front clip and you should be good to go.

 

Yeah.. the 02 to 05s were much better looking... now the huge headlamps... retro-wanna be tail lamps... just are'nt as nice looking...
