Discount Tire vs DiscountTireDirect?

Oh really... thats going to be a neat trick with the 20's on your truck. Especially since not only is the spare a big black ugly steel wheel, but there is no way for you to carry the "non-spare" where the spare goes, it would have to go in the bed of the truck. Besides the tires on our trucks are quite a bit heavier and a bigger pain in the *** than normal tire/wheel combos so I find it easier to let the guys at discount do it since its free anyway. But hey, if you want to drive around with one black wheel and 3 nice shiny wheels for the next... oh 20,000 miles or so, then whatever floats your boat dude.

I do my own rotation in the driveway. Just pull the spare down, replace the first tire with the spare, take that tire to the next location, and so on until you get back to the original location, and put the spare back. Takes 15 minutes on average.

. From what I get he's saying he takes the spare off and uses that instead of jack stands. So you take the LR wheel off and put the spare on, put the LR wheel on the LF, then put the LF on the RR, put the RR on the RF and finally take the spare off and put the RF on the LR. Then he puts the spare back under the bed where it belongs.

No they didn't and they don't charge for install as far as I know. I went in with a printed out receipt for the price delivered to the door including shipping, which was still cheaper than buying it from the store and they just matched the price out the door for me, with the exception of the certs. Basically they reduced the price to match what I had. I think they have some wiggle room right off the bat. The one here says they will not be under sold, and as far as there service goes they are top notch.

Thanks for the tip, I will give that a try. I also know a guy that works for Discount, gonna try to see what kind of discount, if any, he can get me.
Which store are you going to go to? The one on Gilbert and baseline is where I use to always go to get my tires/rims done with my previouse trucks and they never gave me any problems. They do anything and everything to treat you right. When I moved to gilbert it was kind of funny because one of the employees at the mesa store came down to the new gilbert store and became one of the managers there. Its a very small world..
Truckin,
I was planning on going to the store on Power and McKellips that has been open just a few years now; they seem pretty good. If my friend that works there cant get me a discount, I will head over to the Gilbert store... thanks for the advice.
Didnt realize we had so many AZ guys on this board [8D]
