i would imagine that would be quite the lawsuit. that was pretty bad that the guy hit the thing, but theres no way it should have gone down like that!

Ehh Iwouldnt be so sure about that. Intodays world, you could break into someones house, slip and fall on their tile floor, break your leg, and sue the homeowner for having a slippery floor. Its pretty bad.

Perhaps he did stage this stunt. I don't thing that my first instinct would be to bail out of the passenger side. Looks premeditated to me.

The only reason I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt on this being staged is the fact his little girl was in the truck, had it just been him, I would definantly be a possibility he did it on purpose..

Then again, accidents happen especially if you're not used to towing, I had a big one involving my parents' pontoon boat when I was 17, hmmm, but that's another story...

Could be...there's no way he could've known the awning would topple over like a deck of cards though. That would be hilarious if he was just trying to get rid of the camper and ended up totaling his truck too [sm=laughat.gif]. It looks to me like he only had enough time to get his son out the pass door..
