For you all with duals running outunder the bumper.....how far do you allrecommend letting the tips hang out behind the bumper? I'm just talking about rolled edge round tips 3-3.5" in diameter. I've seen trucks with unsightly brown streaks comming up the chrome from their duals...but I wouldn't want them hanging them out too far at all, just far enough so exhaust doesn't streak. Dual side/rear side or in front of wheel don't really appeal to me. Thanks for the insight all.

 

I like mine between 1 & 2 inches past the bottom of the bumper myself.

Mine only stick out about 1/2 inch past the bumper. Don't like them sticking out to far. You will really only get that black soot that you see on many of the kids hondas if you remove your cats and run straight pipes. On top of that, you will most likely be washing your truck more than these kids and actually take care of the way your vehicle looks.

 

I like the duals to be flush with the bumper, if you go past the bumper, it looks like the guy doing the work wasn't very good with a tape measure!
