matt99: you know those diagrams are useful and easy to read haha! as for the wiring, i didnt touch the right light, i just put the 2 wires, actually 4 together to make 2 wires. 1 positive, 1 neg. then spliced that into the left lights wiring. actually its not even splice, the original bulb socket is completly cut off. i just stuck it back in the hole so no water can get in

 

i might just run each seperately...but def. doing it...thanks mmstar, BTW i just got back from orlando like i was telling you, and it rained EVERY day

 

you can run them seperatly.i guess you would just call it lazyness because it was easier to wire the 2 together then putting them to 1 source. but also, the wires from the LED strip were such a small wire that i kinda needed to put both together to actually build up a thickness to put it in the quick connect so it could hold. but you can do whatever. my original plan was to run them seperatly, but when i was actually doing it, it turned out much easier to do it the way i did. and ya, it rained here too towards the end of the week, but luckily for me it didnt rain yesterday so i could get my truck fixed.

looks nice. thats the propper way haha. but i replaced the lens as well because i didnt like the factory one.
