Extang makes a version of a soft tonneau for use with tool boxes, others might too. http://www.extang.com/docs/toolboxtonno.html

I used to have an Extang on my old Dakota. The only complaint I had was that it was hard to get on in the cold. Maybe someone else will give their opinion on them, but it wasn't hard to install the Extang.

I think mine was the classic, with snaps. I didn't have a tool box with mine, just the standard version.

You need to find the stores that make them.... I don't think you can just walk in and get one..... The last i knew they were custom made... you have to have the tool box installled... take measure ments.... and send em to the manufacturer... they will make it... But read the fine print as most won't take back returns...

The Extang ones are sold at specialty car and truck shops, which is where I got mine. Use the dealer locator on Extangs site. http://www.extang.com/locator.html
