how do you drain and refill front diff 2005 ram.

15,25 or 3500?
A 1500, you must pull the cover by removing all the bolts and splitting the pumpkin case away from the axle.
You can also get a machine to suck out the oil using fill hole which is sealed by a rubber bung.
That's the lazy way as you don't get to inspect the gears etc.

there is no plug the truck is a 1500.

There is a plug on the 1500's well at least on an 03 Hemi 4X4 there is.
It might be covered up by muck etc, but highish on the top of the cover, there is a bung.

Theres def a plug on the 04 1500 QC, as I change my fluid every 30,000 and I pop the pumpkin and then fill via the hole.

It ain't a drain hole, but you can use an oil pump to take the fluid out without opening.

Its more of a fill/inspection hole. Look for the BUNG
