Headers?

What is a good set of headers to get for my truck? What kind of HP gain do u get from them and will the hurt MPG?

I think Gibson makes some.Not sure of the mpg, but a you can get 10 HP out of them.They will also work with Gibson cat-back exhaust.

04 1500 larimie 4.7 with borla exhaust,Jet chip,edelbrock racing shocks,and new superchips microtuner.
