Anybody have feedback on this system from Moes and does it need a scoop hood

my friend has it on his 04 ram it looks sweet but idn if it really porforms as good as they say it does and no you dont need a hood scoop

The intake is down below your grill, in the bumper. If you sometimes drive through water, it can be problemmatic. Looks pretty, but idk if it's worth $500
