Default Hydraulic timing chain tensioner bleeding down?

Hi, i have a 2005 ram 1500 with the v-6 with 43,000 miles. In the morning and some times after it sits for an hour it will make a brief rattling noise when started and last about 1-2 seconds. Isnt deep enough for a rod knock. My local mechanic says he thinks its the hydraulic timing chain tensioners bleeding down due to dirt or sludge sticking them. Any one else heard of this or experienced this? I changed oil to the recommended 5-30. I have some auto-rx engine cleaner in it now and havent noticed anything. I called the dodge dealer and they said my truck doesnt have the 7/70 powertrain warranty because im not the original owner? I know ive read where they are transferable. Thanks for your help! Pete
