I got the set of 4 mopar guards. I only did the rears today came with most of the holes already drilled. I only had to drill two holes that went fine. but the damn screw that goes in underneath that connects to the metal hanger inside the wheel well.....Well the factory washer on the bolt is too big. When I went to screw it in the washer was digging right into the plastic guard and it was only half way in. I went to two auto stores and one hardware store nothing that fits! so there on but not %100 secure .... Any help?

 

I can see an exact picture of your problem but maybe you could grind or file the washer down.
