HELP, please!! Drivers Door lock problem.
Some one please help with an answer.
Anyone have this problem. When we go to use the key fob to open the door, the drivers side lock does not unlock and as you know there is only one key hole that is on the drivers side only (not sure why Dodge did this) but for some reason it will not let you use the key to open the door. Has anyone else had this problem? We end up using the passenger side to get in. Pulling up on the door lock is tough too. What was the fix for it?

We have the same problem with an 03 Durango, tonite the fob died and we tried to use the key to unlock the drivers door, the only one that has a keyhole and the key would not turn, Hope someone on here can help.
