Default Strange Suspension Ground Clr Problem

I have an 04 ram with the 20's i have 15000 miles on it, i drive it alot, now heres my very strange dilemma, the drivers side of the truck is 1" lower then the passanger side, it litterlaly sags when know one is in it, i parked it in my level garage and measured ground clearence, front and back bumper to ground and body to ground, i thought i was seeing stuff but it really sags. I went to a local dodge dealer from where i didnt buy my truck mesuared a few used ones and they are all ok. Now granted im a big guy i weigh 250, but for petes sake its a 1/2 ton truck with 4000lb or more payload capacity, now i have contacted my dealer and the ram goes in wed, do you think dodge will simply replace the coils, springs and shocks on the drivers side, or do u think they will give me a hard time about this, has anyone else experinced this?
