Default Fluids

I wanted to change the fluid in my front and rear pumpkins to synthetic but couldn't find the amount needed in the owners manual or chilton's. Anyone know how much I need? Also, I was going to do the tranny while I was under there. I bought the Mobil 1 synthetic but it only says ATF on it but the manual calls for ATF +4. I never had a truck long enough before to warrent a tranny fluid change and don't want to put the wrong stuff in... am I ok?
