Talking I raced a 2008 titan

well i ran into a my brother today an he was in the 08 titan while his truck is getting fixed.it's been raining here in augusta so the roads were real wet but we lined them up anyways down a country road my truck is a 04 ram 5.7 posi track with mods at the bottom down there an the titan stock with limted slip which i think helped him but anyway... the first race we both took off spinning and i was fishtailin pretty bad while his one tire was pushing him straight. I hooked at like 55 and i was already ahead so i won that race but on the second race we took off spinning again but i gave it more peddle off the line and half *** lost it and i almost spun him out... but he stayed on it trying to get the hell outta my way but i started gaining on him at like 85 90 or so it look to be he was pulling away from me a lilbit so we tryed to take off from 30 or 35 that way i wouldnt blow the tires off my truck and he left early and never looked back so i floored it and of course i was still fishtailin between lanes and that was it till i got back to my shop

Racing in the rain is pointless and dangerous...everyone will claim that traction is why they lost and they'll all be right. Especially in trucks with no weight on the rear..

That being said, under decent conditions you should walk him pretty hard with your mods and being a RCSB. Do ya have any times?

Don't ask why, truth is my hemi is staying with me, But I test drove a new pathfinder that has the titan drive train, the 5.6 has power = to the 3rd gen 5.7 and rides better than any Durango I have drvin to date.

The last ram I drove was a rental Ram quad cab 1500 with the 5.7 MDS, not at all impressed, but I'm a 2500 Ram owner.

good job, but racing in the rain is not recommended. When it rains i don't floor the pedal. tc m8 and be safe.

true that 5.6 has some *****, but when i see the bed twisting a different direction than the cab in their own commercial, i shop elsewhere.
