Default Check engine light? maybe

I'm new to this truck 2002 Dodge Ram slt 4.7 2wd.

This morning when I left for work I had what I believe to be the check engine light come on. It was a yellow/orange outline of a engine on the left of the dash near the tach. So I pulled over checked to make sure there was oil in the engine, trans fluid and radiator coolant and all was good. I remember how to do OBD on my 93 Dakota and when I did that in the odometer area it just said dOne ... No code some -------- and then done.

So am I ok? Truck sounded normal and acted normal.

I found this thread that I will use when I get home from work. Drove the '93 Dakota to work to day glad I kept it

Check all the rubber emission hoses under the hood and the rubber hoses going to the evap canister under the truck. The canister is on the drivers side at the front of the bed...

I had a similar problem with my 03 4.7 right after I bought it. The dealership where I bought it told me it was from filling it up while the engine was running(bad habit I had). It didn't actually throw the light until 50-60 miles after the fill up. I just brought it to them and they re-set it, No problems since then. They also mentioned the gas cap at first.
