My wife made the dealer install the Dodge bars on mine when I bought it because she couldn't get in it without them. Got them free. She is a great negotiator!!

I have TRAILFX. Got them from a local customs shop. One of those GOT TO GET THEM NOW!!! things and I didn't shop around. Could have gotten them cheaper if I had. GOT-CHROME.com has all the top brands and some pretty good prices also. A buddy of mine bought some Westin's for his truck from there, good price and had them in 2 days.

I did quite a bit of d***ing before deciding on my boards...they're actually called "nerf boards" from Onki...they have the nerf bar look, but have a 6" rubber tread/board that spans the gap between the door and the bar. Very seamless look on them. I was a bit limited with my options due to the Mega Cab length but couldn't be happier. I'm not the most graceful of persons in this world...and I've witnessed some bad ankle strains and shin bangs from nerf bars if they're slippery/muddy should your foot slide through the gap in a hurry. Quite happy with mine though. They're solid, but were a bear to put on due to them comming with those "erector set" looking mounts....straight and sound when all bolted down though.

I have a set of no name ebay bars from t.empire and they're great. Cost me a $180 and haven't had any trouble with them with pitting or deteriorating.

Here is a pic taken w/my ****ty work camera in our office parking lot. I installed these yesterday afternoon after getting them on Thursday. They're off eBay, 4" stainless steel straight ovals. Cost a little more than some of the other bars, but I liked the look of the 4" ovals. Install was a snap and they're solid as a rock, look great.
