Default Need louder exhaust?

I have a 2002 dodge ram 1500 360 and I put headers and flowmaster 44s on it and it's not loud at all. I live in ny so the cat has to stay on. So what do I do

Can you say "Cherry Bomb"?

The Vortex is great and will be my next muffler, but if you want to vibrate the neighborhood houses, get the Extreme! Of course, the Glasspacks will have them calling the cops when the UPS guy delivers them to your door... Play that demo!

"the Glasspacks will have them calling the cops when the UPS guy delivers them to your door..." - damn, that was good if I do say so myself. I should be writing their damn ads.

Just install some electric cut-outs after the headers. That way when you feel like disrupting the neighborhood you can flip a switch and run straight headers and when your done flip it back and run through your exhaust as you have it setup now.

You'll have to do a quick search for that. I couldn't tell you an exact place off the top of my head but I have seen them in parts catalogs and some performance shops around here too. They shouldn't be hard to find

Cherrybomb Extreme is THE loudest muffler out. The Vortex is a higher end and more well balanced muffler.

I got my cutout from DMH performance. 4 year no questions asked warranty. I put one in after my Y-pipe, and left the stock exhaust behind it. So now I can go from ridiculous loud to stock quiet with the push of a button.

Isn't the Flowmaster 10 series supposed to be about as loud as straight pipes with just a different tone?
