Default Question About my 05' Ram Rear End

Hello,

I recently picked up a 05' dodge ram 4x4 QC Hemi. My question is that did all 4wd rams come with a factory installed LSD? The reason I ask is because any time I punch it from a stop the passenger side tire spins it's *** off but I never get anything from the driver side. Now if I punch it in dirt/grass both side spin. Is this normal? If it is an issue I would like to go ahead and take it to the dealership and get it fixed while it is still under warranty. How do I go about explaining it though? Tell them when I power brake it only one side spins? LOL. Also, from under the truck it appears the diff cover is seeping fluid. Is this normal?

Thank You for any responses!

P.S. Just out of curiosity...what size rear does the 05' 4x4 have?

ya, mines has just an open diff. I have to order my auburn posi before winter. I think most trucks come with a 9.25 rear end. it will say in your glovebox.
