My 06 mega cab 2500 diesel just started a new trick. When I open the doors or turn any interior light on manually, it will stay on for about 10 - 12 seconds and turn off (Lights out baby!). I know they are supposed to turn off after 10 minutes or so but its not easy to get anything done in 10 second intervals. Is she trying to tell me something? It this how it tells me the batteries are low? Help before I go crazy.

My 06 QC did this about 2 years ago. I actually got back on today to see what I did before, because it is doing it again and I don't remember. Last time I just disconnected the negative for a few minutes and other then my alarm going off it worked. It looks like it worked for about 2 years. There is probably a fuse that can be removed and still work, but I'm not sure.
