Default Tires.

So I have a 2003 1500 QC 4x4 and am looking for new tires. Right now, I have the stock wranglers on it, with the 17" rims. I've found that the tires I have (265/70's) look really small on the truck. It's stock height, no lifts. That being said, I want something a little meatier, but without having to add a lit. Also, I'm looking for something fairly aggressive looking, able to handle some good mud, and deal well in snow. I live in Cold Lake, Alberta, so needless to say, our winters can get pretty heavy.

So, if anyone knows of a good tire, please let me know. Also, I don't want to spend thousands of dollars on them haha.

Right now on my stock 4x4 05 SLT ram has 285x70x17 Khomo AT's on it right now. That is about as big of a tire that you can put on the truck before you have to lift it. They have a pretty solid tread and a whole crap ton of siping in them. On a fresh rain condition I can hit about 2400 RMP's on take off and not spin them and on the highway they are extremely quite. In the snow I have had only a couple of experiences, but they were good. When in 4x4 I could floor it in a foot of snow and they gripped and took off (that actually saved me from getting rear ended by a silverado, it was close but I looked up just in time). They are pretty cheap as well, mine came on the truck but when I looked them up they were like 150 per tire. However my next set of tires is going to either going to be a set of Dick Cepek FCII's 35x13.5x18, Mickey Thompson MTZ's 35x13.5x18 , or Toyo MT's 35x12.5x17. Those are probably the best three tires out there, but with quality comes a greater price.
