I was reading through some old threads and I saw that the superchips power programmer #3815 was supposto be about the best programmer for the 02 5.9 gasser. I was wondering if that was still about the best or if something new had come out? Also does that have a 87 octane (cuz thats all we have here) and will that help out with mileage along with giving more power? and my final question would be: Does it have the ability to recalibrate the speedometer for oversized tires?
