I bought a Lund Tri-fold cover 2 years ago when I bougfht my truck new. The cover still looks new. I cant ever seeing it leaking. It folds quick and can be removed quickly. I would buy another one.

I went with a CheckMate hard cover. Wanted something flush that would fit on my Daytona. If your going to haul alot in yor bed, a soft would be a better way to go.

On my '95 Ram I had a Leer hardtop tonneau, it looked great, and it was completely weatherproof, but if you wanted to move something large, it was a pain to get off.

On my 2008 I have an Extang Solid Fold. I can remove it by myself in about 5 minutes, but don't usually have to, because when it is folded back, 2/3's of the bed is wide open.
I've heard some of the segmented hard tonneaus might leak a bit, but so far, even with heavy rain this summer, I haven't had any water inside the bed. Haven't had it long enough to say how it will do through the winter yet. Biggest downside is that it does not have a built in locking mechanism. I had to put a tailgate lock on for security.

did you have to remove the spoiler for this one and if so did it show holes?

Here's how far open mine gets, not sure about the angle off the top of my head but I know it was higher than the other ones I was looking at.

here is what i have.....http://www.ruggedliner.com/product-rugged-cover.php

the only issue i had was my truck came with that factory tailgate spoiler.....if you order one they need to have the rear rail bent to fit as it sets higher than the watertight seal will allow (unless you have bed rail covers possibly?) it was on my truck litterally less than a minute and removes the same....love the quality. I broke a clamp by tightening it way too tight (my mistake) called them and they sent me 2 more for free next day. I also had to have them send me the rear rail as the spoiler issue was brought to their attention by me when they first came out with it. They had one bowed and sent to me within 3 business days. so far they are A+ in my mind and considerably better cost wise than the extang.

$260 shipped on ebay brand new from a dealer.

I have a rugged cover that is an soft cover that folds in three sections. In about two minutes I can take off the cover or put it on. There are levers that hold on the cover. No drilling or hardware. The cost was just under $400 and I am very happy with it.
