I know this topic has been beat to death but I am still looking for more info. I have a 2002 5.9L, I have recently been investigating the two programmers on the market. I received a magazine in the mail yesterday that has them both side by side. The hypertech claims a typical gain of 18hp and 32ft. lbs. torque. The Superchips claims gains of 46hp and 59ft. lbs. torque. Obviousely I would like the gains from the Superchips more but does anyone actually have one to prove their claims. I do not want to dump 350+ on the wrong programmer. Thanks for the help.
