radiator cooling fan relay?

Default radiator cooling fan relay?
Where is it located? my check engine light turned on and it read a code p1491 which is the radiator cooling fan relay

This is actually for the AC compressor. This is a semi common problem with '02's.Check fuse #39. There is no radiator cooling fan relay since we don't have an electric rad fan.
