Default Switching wheels/Tires

Hey guys,
Ive got both a 2003 Ram Quad Cab with the Hemi, and a 1994 Ford Bronco Eddie Bauer. Last year I put brand new tires on the Bronco, after they were put on and paid for, the shop decided to tell me my front end was shot. I got a couple of other opinions, and it was true. I need to repace the entire front end, as well as the oil pan gasket, and the rear gasket. None of this really matters, however, what it comes down too; is that I would like to put the wheels and tires off the Bronco, onto the Ram. I vaugely remember researching this in the past and it not being possible. I can not find where i read that, so I decided to ask DF. Any opinions and responses are appreciated! Thanks guys!

what rim size is on each truck? I wanted to put the rims off of a Ramcharger I have onto my 05 QC but it wouldn't work for a number of reasons. The rims on the Ramcharger were 15's and the 05 had 17's(the brakes were to big).

wheels have to be 17's to clear the brakes.

they won't work because the DODGE has 17's. The brakes are too big to mount a 15" rim. Same problem that I had.
