Front and Rear bumpers

I have an 07 Ram 2500 Power wagon. I was wondering if the bumpers are a standard shape, and mounts? I have the chrome front and rear bumper and was looking to switch them out to the black bumpers.

You can switch the rear bumper no prob like I did, the front bumber can be done as well but you have to change out alot of componets the best way to do it, is the way raiderjay did.
