Black fuel doors definatly look sick on white trucks, I loved the way mine looked when I put mine on.

 

Id say tint the windows, get some 22"s black. get the lowering shackles. Also I think the front looks a little too black for a white truck. maybe paint the front bumper and grill white.

 

Start off by painting your stock wheels. I buddy and I painted the stock wheels on his 94 f-150 black a couple of months ago. They look a lot better than stock and they are holding up good too, not one scratch on em yet.
